1) Is there a minimum order size?
No, we do not have a set minimum per order. Also please note that shipping is included for all order 100 Euros and above in the European Union only (Postal certified shipments only). If you are in another country, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond to your specific query
2) Was my order received?
Once your payment has been received, you will be redirected to an order confirmation page. Several minutes later you will receive a confirmation email that summarizes the details of your order. If you have not received this email, we invite you to contact us at email@example.com by indicating the time and date of the order along with the total purchase amount. We will confirm whether your order has been received or what you need to do to finalize your order.
3) Can I purchase a product that is no longer available?
We only sell products that are in stock. If a product is marked as unavailable, this does not necessarily mean that it is no longer for sale but rather momentarily out of stock.
You can enter your email address if you wish to be notified when a product is again available in the space indicated on the product page. If you have any other query regarding a product you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

5) Can I modify / cancel my order?
To ensure the fastest shipping possible, we prepare and dispatch your order within hours of purchase. Thus, it is not possible to modify your order after it has been validated.
6) Do the prices shown include taxes?
Yes, the prices indicated include VAT (sales tax in Spain) only. You will thus not have any additional taxes to pay for shipments in Spain or in the European Union. For international shipments, the package may incur additional taxes or customs fees upon arrival to the destination. Customs costs and tariffs levied in the destination country, if not in the European Union or in one of the UE territories with particular tax exemptions or conditions, are not included in the product price or in the shipping costs.The Buyer declares that he/she is aware of this and of the specific conditions applying in the country to which the order he/she has made will be sent, and accepts the payment of said taxes and costs to the authorities or intermediaries that may demand them separately from the total amount paid on the sales transaction entered into with the Seller.
7) Do your prices include shipping costs ?
No. The price of the product is indicated in the specific Product Page, and under no circumstances includes shipping or packaging costs. The shipping costs charged for each order include packaging costs and will be added to the total price of the order upon the checkout process once you input the shipping address. Indeed the website shall calculate the final shipping cost, which shall be shown to the Customer prior to proceeding to payment.

1) How much are shipping costs ?We offer 2 methods of shipping. Certified Postal “Standard” shipping and Courier “Express” shipping. Please note that for posters, we normally only ship through Certified Postal shipping
There are no shipping costs for orders of 100 Euros and above within the European Union for shipments made via certified postal “Standard” shipping only. Express shipping is excluded from this promotion. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes or to countries in which our couriers do not operate.
Depending on the weight and composition of your order, different levels of shipping are available. You can check the exact shipping cost in the shopping cart as you add products once you have entered the country, province/state/region and city and always before you have confirmed your order and made your payment. The shipping costs will take into consideration the destination, weight and size of the order. Shipping costs are paid for by the customer, except with promotions that offer free shipping.
Hereunder are some examples for Standard shipments (certified Postal) under 1KG (most of our items weigh less than 1 KG in the current collection, but of course if you order numerous items, the consolidated weight might exceed 1KG)

. For shipments to EU countries : from 10.20 Euros (Germany) to 26 Euros (Republic of Ireland).

2) Original Posters: Original posters are shipped from a different location from the rest of our collection therefore if you combine the purchase of a poster with other items you will be receiving two different shipments/packages. For any queries, please contact us at email@example.com
3) What are you delivery times ?
We offer 2 methods of shipping. Certified Postal “Standard” shipping and Courier “Express” shipping. Please note that for posters, we normally only ship through Certified Postal shipping. Delivery time includes preparation, shipping and delivery to your chosen address. We will do everything possible to meet the dispatch and delivery times indicated on our website for each country. Nonetheless, these shipping times are just an approximate indication and may vary according to the specific circumstance of the size of the order, the destination, the particular circumstances of the company responsible for shipping and delivery (including negligence on the part of said company), and other reasons beyond our control.
Our expected/estimated delivery times are as follows through Standard Certified Postal shipping:
- Peninsular Spain : 24H-48H approximately
- EU Countries : 7-9 Days approximately
- Rest of the World : 10-15 Days approximately

4) Where is my order?Your package number will be sent.
Once you have confirmed and paid for your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the email address you used to register . If you have chosen for your order to be delivered to an address, you will also receive a second e-mail with a link via which you can track your order. You can follow also your “package” after your order has been dispatched by logging into your client space online.
By choosing for your order to be shipped, you are required to provide an address to which the order can be delivered during normal office hours (8:00 to 20:00h). We cannot be held responsible for the late delivery or failure to deliver of the order if such an address is not provided or nobody is available to receive the order at the delivery address. In case the order is returned to us because of this you will be subject to paying returning expenses and new shipping costs for re-sending your order (all this notwithstanding your return rights and conditions as stated in this same document).

1) Returns Policy : Do we accept returns?
Of course ! Our online shop aims to offer its customers the best possible service. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund.
2) What is the procedure to return products ?To return your order, and if you are a registered customer, please complete in your customer area the return request page. Just select the item that you wish to return on your customer area and follow the instructions. If you did not register and made the purchase of the item you wish to return as a guest, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can provide you all the relevant info.
Once you confirm your return request in your customer area, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming the return of your purchased product to us. Products must be returned in their original packaging, with their labels intact and any accessories included, in perfect condition for re-sale. They must not therefore have been worn, washed or damaged, even during shipping back to us. If the item(s) is not returned in the same packaging in which it was sent to you, its value will have deteriorated. The value lost will be estimated fairly by us and will be deducted from the amount we will reimburse you.
The shipping costs for the products returned by the Buyer to us, and any possible customs duties, sales duties or any other costs arising will be to the account of the Buyer. Also, when an order has benefited from a “No shipping charges” promotion that is subject to the condition of being equal or above a certain amount and a partial return makes the remaining total be under that required amount, the shipping charges initially not paid by you will be deducted from any reimbursement that you might be entitled to.

Please include a copy of the completed form with the shipment. Please note that for us to take responsibility for any loss of products during transporting returns, we would advise you to send all your returns by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt, without which we will be unable to refund the cost of the items.
Refunds will be made by using the same means of payment as used for the purchase of the order. Refunds will be made as soon as possible and within the established timeframe, once the returned item(s) has been received and the conditions of return have been met. We will send you an email as soon as your return and refund are processed
3) My Article has a defect. What should I do ?
For products with manufacturing defects or that have been broken during shipping, please notify us by writing immediately upon receipt to the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org before you send the item(s) back to us. We will send you all of the necessary information you will need to return the item(s). We ask you to send us pictures showing the damaged product before you send it back. If the conditions of return are met and we subsequently confirm that the damage occurred during shipment or that the damage is our responsibility, we will replace the item(s) at no extra cost to you.
Regarding our original posters, please be advised that given that they are antique items, they are all in second-hand condition. We do the utmost to mention all imperfections on the specific product page so that you know what is the condition of the selected item. To that effect, please use the magnifying glass on the product page to check for imperfections if any. We will not accept returns due to defects which were duly shown on the product page.
